Campus interviews with students in our Full-Time MBA, Evening MBA, and Weekend MBA Programs typically take place in October for full-time jobs and in January for internships.
If you’d like to conduct virtual interviews or schedule interviews at other times of the year, please contact your relationship manager.
Scheduling campus interviews is handled through GTS, our campus recruiting portal. Here’s how to get started.
First, let us know that you’d like to recruit at Booth. To submit your request, log in to GTS, our campus recruiting portal, and find the Recruiting Requests tab. From there, you can specify whether you want to interview candidates for internships or full-time jobs, as well as designate your scheduling preferences.
The booking request period typically kicks off in late April and early May for interviews to be conducted during the following academic year. For details, see the recruiting calendar.
To let students know about the position you’re looking to fill, log in to GTS, find the Campus Interviews tab, and enter your job description. Please include details such as application procedures and your work authorization preferences.
Once your application deadline has passed, you can log in to GTS to review the applications for your position. Identify which applicants you’d like to interview, and submit your invitation list in GTS through the Invite List tab under Campus Interviews. We recommend that you also submit a list of alternate candidates in case not all of the students on your list accept your invitation.
Your preliminary schedule will be posted in GTS at least a week before your interview date, and the final schedule and resumes will be available two business days in advance. Log in to GTS to access schedules.
If you would like to invite selected candidates back for a second round of interviews, please give students at least three days notice and at least two date options. We also strongly encourage you to host second-round interviews in Chicago if at all possible to support our students in balancing their academic, recruiting, and personal commitments.

Campus interviews take place at the Charles M. Harper Center on our Hyde Park campus. During your interview day, a concierge will be available to help with logistical needs such as arranging transportation, printing and copying any files, and contacting students. You will also have access to a lounge where breakfast and lunch are provided.
